At PRIDE Girls Lacrosse, our mission is to empower young female athletes through elite-level training, competitive play, and a team-first culture rooted in Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence. We are committed to developing well-rounded players who excel on the field, grow in character, and build lifelong confidence and friendships through the game of lacrosse.
About Us
PRIDE Girls Lacrosse is a competitive travel program for girls grades 3rd through 11th, built on the values of Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence. We are committed to developing complete athletes - on and off the field - through unmatched year-round training and a team-first mindset.
Our focus on skill development is what sets us apart. PRIDE offers more practice opportunities than any other club, ensuring consistent growth and progression at every age level. We’ve pioneered 4SQUARE®, a unique weekly training system that combines stick work, performance, strength, and agility. These sessions are led by Healthy Baller and are integrated into every team’s schedule throughout the Fall and Winter.
We believe strong competition builds strong players. All PRIDE teams compete in the most challenging tournament available to ensure our athletes are tested and inspired by their peers. While competition is essential, we equally emphasize sportsmanship, fundamental skill development, and team-based play. We teach our players that lacrosse is a shared effort, valuing smart ball movement and collaboration over individual “go-to-goal” play.
Most importantly, PRIDE encourages players to bring their true selves to the field. Whether it’s the thrill of a game-winning goal or the joy of celebrating with teammates, our athletes experience the sport as both a competitive pursuit and a meaningful journey. P – Passion

How we implement it: Our athletes are encouraged to compete with heart—celebrating each win, learning from every loss, and showing enthusiasm for the sport in every huddle, play, and sideline moment. Passion is evident in how we show up to every tournament—with energy, positivity, and a commitment to enjoying the journey.
R – Respect
Show respect for teammates, coaches, opponents, referees, and yourself on and off the field.
What it means: We hold ourselves and others to a high standard of sportsmanship and mutual regard.
How we implement it: On the field, we respect referees, opponents, and the game itself. We model composed, disciplined play and expect our athletes to honor the game by competing hard while staying humble. We foster team cultures where athletes respect their coaches, teammates, and the contributions of every role on the field.

What it means: We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
How we implement it: We play fair and hold our athletes accountable to the rules and the spirit of the game. In tournament play, we expect honest effort, responsible behavior, and pride in clean, smart competition. Players are taught to win with class and lose with grace, valuing effort and accountability above all.
D – Determination
Stay committed and never give up - train hard, push through challenges, and keep improving!
What it means: We train and compete with grit, perseverance, and purpose.
How we implement it: Our teams are placed in the most competitive brackets to challenge our players against top talent. We emphasize relentless effort, hustle plays, and bouncing back from mistakes. Every game is an opportunity to grow, and we push our athletes to give their best from the first whistle to the last.

What it means: We strive for the highest standards in everything we do.
How we implement it: We prepare year-round through our 4SQUARE® development system to compete at the highest level.
