Training
Through 4SQUARE™, our daughter was able to take her love of the game to the next level, learning to develop her skills and channel her drive into excelling at extracurricular activities.”
PRIDE has pioneered 4SQUARE™, a comprehensive training approach that pushes our players to perform at their highest level possible. Focusing on fundamental lacrosse skills including game strategy, stick-work, strength, and footwork to name a few, 4SQUARE works with players from beginner to advanced levels. This 8 week program occurs twice a year during Sept – Nov and Jan – Feb where players meet once a week to train.
Skill Development
PRIDE players have practice multiple times a week, participate in scrimmages and tournament games, and attend weekly 4SQUARE™ training indoors. Program Directors assist practices alongside individual team coaches, giving teams exposure to multiple trained individuals with skill expertise. We take PRIDE in emphasizing strong fundamentals, team-play, and grittiness on the field, and building strong character in our players everyday lives.
Character Development
In 2019, we launched READY 2 ROAR (R2R)™, a program that provides active seminars and age appropriate workshops that teach life skills including leadership, communication, teamwork, bravery, and more.
