Training Approach

PRIDE’s training approach combines high-level skill work, strategic development, and athletic performance. We focus on stick work through fast-paced, high-rep drills to build precision and confidence. Players learn to read the field, make smart decisions, and execute plays with speed and purpose. Strength, speed, and agility training are integrated into every season, helping athletes grow into faster, more dynamic players. Our goal is simple: to prepare every player to compete at the highest level with skill, intelligence, and grit.

PRIDE has pioneered 4SQUARE™, a comprehensive training approach that pushes our players to perform at their highest level possible. Focusing on fundamental lacrosse skills including game strategy, stick-work, strength, and footwork to name a few, 4SQUARE works with players from beginner to advanced levels. This 8 week program occurs twice a year during Sept – Nov and Jan – Feb where players meet once a week to train.
